Mogenstrup Girls' Choir

(Mogenstrup Girls’ Choir)

was founded September 2006 by the present director

Svend-Erik P. It belongs to two small village churches

in the vicinity of Naesved; Mogenstrup and Naestelsoe.

The choir consists of girls from 11 years old, for the time being

9 singers, but more are coming. Rehearsals are held in

Mogenstrup menighedshus every Thursday, and the choir often

sing in the two churches. We sing hymns and rehearse a

repertoire of 2 to 3 part singing.

Kildebronde Girl Choir is a member of Folkekirkens Ungdomskor,

where the singers can take part in the annual choir-summer-school,

where singers from all around Denmark participate.

Choir members also get the opportunity to take part in the

choir activities of FUK (Youth Choirs of the Danish National Church).

In 2010 the choir is engaged in cooperations pojects with

Kildebronde Girl Choir and others.
